MWELA’s Annual Conference is an all-day event featuring colleagues, judges, and outside experts on topics concerning all aspects of the plaintiff’s employment practice. To protect the health and safety of our members, MWELA will require the following COVID safety protocols for all attendees at the conference:
Please be prepared to show a copy of your vaccination record and negative test result to MWELA staff upon check-in at the meeting registration table at the Embassy Suites. To preserve your privacy, vaccination and test results will be held in strict confidence by MWELA staff members only. Attendees may also be asked to sign a brief certification at registration regarding their vaccination and negative test result.
MWELA will have some rapid tests available for purchase ($12) at the registration desk for attendees who arrive without proof a negative test result. Attendee may not enter the conference until their negative test result can be confirmed (approx. 20-30 minutes). MWELA will also have a limited supply of KN95 Masks available.
