https://correiaputh.com/careers/

Correia & Puth, PLLC, a plaintiff's employment law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a fall 2025 law clerk who shares our commitment to employee rights and who will complement our collegial firm. Position is hybrid in-person and remote work.

We dedicate our law practice to the civil rights of employees in the workplace and students in schools. We represent targets of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, with a particular emphasis on sex, race, and sexual orientation discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, reasonable accommodations, and disability discrimination. We also counsel employees and negotiate employment contracts and severance agreements.

Although law clerks are primarily responsible for conducting intake interviews with potential clients, they assist the firm in all areas of its work, including research, writing, and trial court litigation. Preference for law clerks able to work 25-30 hours a week.

Interested individuals may send a cover letter, resume, law school transcript (unofficial is fine), and a writing sample to [email protected]. Successful applicants should have superior writing and advocacy skills, and a demonstrated commitment to civil rights. Applications will be reviewed as they are received.

Jonathan W. Cuneo COSAL/Justice Catalyst Antitrust Fellowship

Firm Contact Email: [email protected]

The goal of the JONATHAN W. CUNEO COSAL/JUSTICE CATALYST FELLOWSHIP is to enable new lawyers to pursue antitrust litigation as a crucial tool for accountability within the U.S. legal system, with a focus on expanding pathways to the profession.

COSAL and Justice Catalyst believe that the enforcement of antitrust laws is crucial to promote class equity in the United States. By preventing large corporations from dominating markets and engaging in anti-competitive practices, antitrust laws help create a level playing field for small businesses, consumers, and workers, leading to increased competition, innovation, and fair prices. This, in turn, can help reduce economic inequality and promote a more equitable distribution of wealth and opportunities for all.
