Preparing for the Trump Administration’s Reductions in Force (RIF): Training on Employees’ Rights

On February 11, 2025, President Trump issued an executive order directing agencies to prepare to take “large-scale reductions in force” by March 13, 2025. Employment lawyers need to be prepared to represent employees who receive RIF notices. Please join us to learn more about the current attacks on the federal workforce and employees’ rights when subject of a RIF.
