VHRA Practice in 2024

A free webinar presented by the MWELA Bench Bar Committee, and co-sponsored by the Loudoun County Bar Association, Arlington County Bar Association and Virginia Employment Lawyers Association.

Join us for a CLE on the Virginia Human Rights Act featuring Judge David Oblon from the Fairfax Circuit Court, Christine Johnson from the Virginia Attorney General's Office of Civil Rights, G. The panel will discuss the benefits and pitfalls of the VHRA and practice tips for navigating discrimination cases in state court.
