Hearsay and Hearsay Objections in Trial Practice

Come hear experienced litigator and trial advocacy professor Phil Andonian’s insights into the Federal Rules of Evidence re Hearsay, including common issues in trial practice and employment cases, discovery strategies, and best practice around motions and oral arguments re hearsay issues. Mr. Andonian is a cofounder of CalebAndonian PLLC who also serves as a faculty member of Harvard Law School's Trial Advocacy Workshop and is an adjunct professor of law at American University Washington College of Law, where he has taught courses on trial advocacy and evidence.  He also frequently leads litigation training for experienced lawyers around the country. In addition to his labor and employment law experience, he has extensive trial experience as a criminal defense attorney, both in private practice and through the D.C. Public Defender’s office.
