Panelists Craig Curwood and Mark Hanna will discuss the recent groundbreaking changes in Virginia wage and hour laws.  In the 2019 and 2020 legislative sessions, Virginia enacted groundbreaking wage payment, overtime, payroll transparency and misclassification statutes.  Panelists will discuss the new laws, Virginia-specific procedural issues and next steps in legislating against wage theft in the Commonwealth.
