MWELA Brown Bag Webinar: Litigating Race Discrimination in Employment in the BLM Era
Friday, January 22, 2021, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT
Category: MWELA Events

In this timely brown bag we will explore how to understand, respect, and navigate in our cases the fast-evolving dynamics of race between employers and employees, lawyers and judges, litigants and juries, and law and society. What is changing, and what’s changing all too little? What do we most want to know about how to approach our vital work now? What hard truths might we ourselves be missing?

Please Note: Your questions will be the basis for our conversation. Please submit them in advance with your online event registration, or send to Steve Pershing at [email protected].
