Learn from practitioners and jurists on the effective use of amici in federal appellate employment litigation. This panel will provide practical advice on when amicus briefs can add value to appellate cases, identifying how amicus briefs can best complement the principal briefs and arguments, effectively assembling groups of amici, when amici appear on several sides of case, and the jurist’s consideration of amici and their arguments in addressing the merits.
