Sharon Alexander, Special Assistant to EEOC Chair Jacqueline Berrien, played a key role in drafting the EEOC Enforcement Guidance on Pregnancy Discrimination which was issued on July 17, 2014. She will discuss the nuts and bolts of the new guidance, including such topics as pregnancy harassment, employer knowledge of pregnancy, and when a pregnancy related condition will be considered a disability under the ADAAA.
